High-viscosity, high-speed emulsifying blade and low-viscosity, high-speed emulsifying blade rotate in high speeds to create pressure differentials in the raw material inlet and outlet. Continuous pressure differentials can suck raw materials. Spiral suction forces raw materials through the tiny gap to create powerful shearing, squeezing, crushing, impacting and turbulence; the raw materials are mixed, stirred, emulsified, dispersed and micronized.

Circulation for proportionate emulsification outside of the tank allows processing of a large volume of raw material in a short time.

The powerful shearing and crushing in the continuous emulsifying machine enable proportionate dispersion in a short time.

Specially designed blade generates suction at the inlet and thrust at the outlet, ensuring mixing, emulsification, dispersion and granulation of the raw materials by the blade without a Rotary pump. This is very convenient for products which have to be tested or processed for several times.

The machine can be mounted on a cart to move to a proper position.

A temperature-keeping, heating or cooling jacket can be made as requested by the customers.
